Tequila
Tequila is made from blue Weber agave in designated regions of Mexico. Blanco is unaged; reposado rests in oak for two months to a year; añejo for one to three years; extra añejo for more than three. Look for “100% agave” on the label.

Blanco (silver) is unaged and shows the freshest agave flavour — best for Margaritas and Palomas. Reposado (2–12 months in oak) adds light vanilla and works neat or in cocktails. Añejo (1–3 years) and extra añejo (3+ years) are rounder and oakier, best sipped neat.
