Producer tasting notes — on the nose: Spice and vanilla: custard tarts dusted with grated nutmeg. Lemon zest follows with fresh fruit – sweet pear, fruit gums, peach and pineapple cubes; on the palate: Creamy vanilla before fruit – pear and apple, sour lemon, unripe mangoes and gummi fruit. Spice builds, bringing biscuity and Ryvita notes. Creamy apple and pear sit underneath everything. Water amplifies the fruit; finish: Pear skin, whipped cream and touches of sour apple.
