Producer tasting notes — on the nose: Light, sweet tropical fruits and crisp green apple, toasty malt, caramel biscuits, orange peel, vanilla cream; on the palate: Charred pineapple, roasted nuts, fruit cake spice with a touch of clove, silky butterscotch; finish: Syrupy flapjack, more vanilla and zesty citrus, a prickle of ginger creeps in, balanced by sweet caramel and biscuity malt.
