Serving & pairing
Best in a tall glass with tonic and a garnish that echoes the botanicals, or stirred into a Martini or Negroni. Pairs with seafood and citrus-dressed salads.
What does “London dry” mean?
A production method, not a place: all botanicals must be added during distillation, with nothing added afterwards except water and a tiny amount of sugar. London dry gin can be made anywhere.
