Cumin spiciness develops; on the palate: Spice arrives first, with plenty of clove and cardamom. Soon becomes creamy and vanilla-y, joined by fresh citrus peels; finish: Slightly oily juniper. Lime and liquorice root.

What does “London dry” mean?
A production method, not a place: all botanicals must be added during distillation, with nothing added afterwards except water and a tiny amount of sugar. London dry gin can be made anywhere.
