Serving & pairing
Sip blanco chilled or in a Margarita; reposado and añejo are best neat in a tulip glass. Pairs with ceviche, tacos al pastor and dark chocolate with chilli.
Blanco, reposado or añejo — which tequila should I buy?
Blanco (silver) is unaged and shows the freshest agave flavour — best for Margaritas and Palomas. Reposado (2–12 months in oak) adds light vanilla and works neat or in cocktails. Añejo (1–3 years) and extra añejo (3+ years) are rounder and oakier, best sipped neat.
